Definitions
Licensee: The party obtaining a license for the use of the VR/AR games provided by Scrumsimulationgame.org.
Software: The VR/AR games supplied by Scrumsimulationgame.org.

1. License
1.1 Scrumsimulationgame.org grants the Licensee a non-exclusive right to use the Software.
1.2 The license can be acquired as an annual license at a cost of €2000, which includes a VR headset.
1.3 With an annual license, the Software can be used unlimitedly during the licensing period.
Liability
2.1 Scrumsimulationgame.org is not liable for any damage or injury resulting from the use of the Software.
2.2 The Licensee indemnifies Scrumsimulationgame.org against claims from third parties related to the use of the Software.
3. Technical Support & Updates
3.1 Scrumsimulationgame.org provides technical support for the Software to Licensees.
3.2 Scrumsimulationgame.org will inform licensees about any updates or changes to the Software.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Payment for the annual license is to be made via Scrumsimulationgame.org's online platform.
4.2 Upon acquiring an annual license, an invoice will be dispatched to the Licensee, which should be paid within 30 days.
5. Termination of License
5.1 The Licensee can terminate the annual license with a notice period of one month.
5.2 In case of delayed payment, Scrumsimulationgame.org reserves the right to terminate the license.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All intellectual property rights of the Software remain the property of Scrumsimulationgame.org.
6.2 The Licensee is prohibited from copying, modifying, reverse engineering, or making any adjustments to the Software.
7. Hardware Requirements
7.1 The Software is optimized for the included VR headset. Scrumsimulationgame.org is not responsible for performance issues on other devices.
8. Data Protection
8.1 Scrumsimulationgame.org does not collect personal user data via the Software.
9. Disputes
9.1 In case of disputes, both parties aim to resolve them through mutual discussion.
9.2 If necessary, disputes will be submitted to a competent court in the jurisdiction of Scrumsimulationgame.org's place of business.
10. Delivery
10.1 Once an order is placed, the delivery area covers all of Europe.
10.2 The expected delivery time is within 5 working days.
10.3 Shipping method utilized is Post NL.
11. Miscellaneous
11.1 Modifications to these terms and conditions are only valid if agreed upon in writing between Scrumsimulationgame.org and the Licensee.
11.2 If a provision from these terms is found to be void, it does not affect the validity of the entire agreement.
